Very bad people. My children went there to buy squishy toys, my son picked one to buy but then he didn’t liked it he left it on the table in the other slot of squishies. The next minute the shop lady and the man panicked and starts blaming my son that he stole the squishy toy. At that time We were still figuring out which one to buy and we were still inside the shop. Bought $3 worth of things and handed the girl a $2 and $1 coin, she refused to accept the $1 because it was a bit dirty even though I explained to her I literally just got it as change from Coles... Made me break a $10 note - literally pathetic customer service. No surprise that people rather give money to big corporations rather than small stores. Sorry if you expect a coin from 1984 to be spotless? What a bloody joke.

"Extremely disappointed with Two Dollar Shop! I was charged $32 for 8 cups that should've cost $16. Incorrect billing led to double charging. Poor customer service. Giving 1 star on Google. Expected more from a reputable store like yours."
