We had a great experience working with Rebecca! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did she assist with submitting our applications for multiple properties, but she also took the time to show us other options that ended up being an even better fit for our needs. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she made the whole search feel much less stressful. Highly recommend!
This review is completely unsolicited, but I had to take a moment to sing MyUnits' praises, specifically Nick and Tracy! Nick is hands down the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. He’s prompt, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Do NOT trust Allison as your leasing agent. Our experience with her was a nightmare from the start, and if I could give zero stars, I would. 1. She told us the manager approved a specific rental rate. We paid for and submitted our applications based on that agreement. Then, she came back saying they were increasing the rent by $100 — after everything was submitted. It took several stressful days to get the price back to what we were originally promised.
