I love starting my early mornings off with Taylor’s strength classes because she brings such positive energy and motivation to every session. Her enthusiasm and encouragement really set the tone for the whole day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an inspiring workout!
Ive been coming to the 12 for about 4 months I love the community here, everyone is so nice, Taylor’s playlist always wakes me up, I love the way she explains all of the stations and she’s always so attentive to walk around in case anyone needs extra help, I appreciate her motivational quotes in between sets and her energy is just so contagious, 6:15s are my favorite because of her! :) Also, super clean facilities and front desk is always so kind and helping.
