I’m so happy and grateful to have started my membership with this caring community! My main coach is Lo but I also often see Taylor and Marissa, whether bc they’re teaching class or training with us, and they are all very skilled and amazing humans to start (or end) your days with.
Amazing class , and Coach Lo was great. I highly recommend attending her class it was super fun. Coach Lo made sure she checked on all the attendees throughout the class, and helped me with each station. Plus the music we was high energy and kept me dancing between stations. Wonderful class, and I'll be back.
Love this gym. The open gym area is a great set up, with new equipment. I primarily take the classes and it is always challenging finding great structured workouts that also don't break the bank.Very good value and great trainers.
