Taylor is AMAZING! So fun, high-energy, clear instructions, hype music, and an overall great workout. Friendly for all levels of experience
I love this gym. I was there for a year, I would or renewed my membership but unfortunately I had to move out of the location and it became too far of a drive for me. The coaches are energetic and attentive. They explain the workout and correct your form. The people here are really nice and motivating. I was going 5 days a week and each week focuses on certain muscle groups. I went from not being able to do a push up to being able to do 40 at once. Its a great place to start. I showed up for the Legs and Abs class with Lo. Lo was great! She gave us a great work out and had the best energy.
