They will charge you for an extra month when you attempt to cancel even if you don’t have an agreement. Will actually call to harass you. The trainers themselves are great management is corrupt.
I used class pass and always came to this gym. Everyone was friendly and I honestly enjoyed the atmosphere. I moved to a new state unfortunately so I no longer frequent this gym but I would definitely go back if I was back in California.
Was referred by a current member to come in for a free first class, registered and everything, came in to sign the waiver and was told I'd be charged $30 and not eligible for a free first class because I was honest about mostly being interested in classes on a drop-in basis.
