Although I made the decision to not move forward with the application, I would like to say that the environment of the complex was very peaceful. Evan the community director was absolutely so friendly and helpful throughout my tour. You can tell when someone is being authentically themselves without trying to force any objectives onto you. Although this wasn’t the home for me doesn’t mean it isn’t for you. Definitely worth touring and considering!
I had a tour scheduled on 9/6/25 at 4pm. Showed up 5 minutes early and nobody was at the leasing office. I called multiple times and waited over 20 minutes to see if someone would come out and they never did. Didn't call me back after the voicemail I left. Very inconsiderate to waste someone's time like that.
I lived here for a little over a year and had a great experience here! Everyone at the office was very kind and helpful, especially Melissa! The apartments were well maintained as well as the shared spaces like the community room and the gym. The free coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar was such a gem. We only had to ask for maintenance once and they were very quick to respond and schedule a time. There were never issues of stolen packages during my time living there and I always felt safe! Showed up for a tour at 2pm, had email confirmation of the appointment, called multiple times and used the buzzer at the door with no response. Waited 10 minutes and left. Very unprofessional.
