I lived here for a year and had a great time. The management was super helpful and always on top of things, and the maintenance crew was quick to fix any issues. The one-bedroom apartments are huge and well-designed, with lots of natural light and good airflow. The location is awesome, but parking can be a bit pricey, which is pretty typical in this area. Overall, I was really happy with my time living in the 104 apartments, and the rent was fair.
Fantastic place to live. We've been here for almost 3 years. It's always clean, well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. It feels very safe while still being close to the city. Fantastic building!
I really like living here, the location is perfect, management is great, and the apartment itself is lovely.
We have lived here for two and a half years and love it! The staff is so sweet, are quick to respond to emails and work orders, and the whole property is always kept clean. Plus it’s in the perfect location!
