Complex is no longer livable. Construction site erected next door. I am in a close approximation of hell. Eight more months until lease expires. Cannot wait.

However it isn't about a failure of compassion to our residents during this time. It is the unpredictable yin and yang of the neighborhood growth and rental market encompassed in the lease, which is agreed upon and entered into at the time a resident moves in or renews. The 101 is in the heart of downtown Kirkland with great views of the water and Seattle in the distance. They have a wonderful community, and amazing staff. Would recommend this complex to anyone looking in Kirkland.
