I discovered the 100-Year Lifestyle about two years ago and was thrilled to recently read Dr. Eric Plasker’s book. It’s filled with valuable insights that can help you live a positive, healthy lifestyle at any age. The book reminds us that it’s never too early to prioritize our health—why wait until you’re in pain or experiencing symptoms?
In over 50 years of chiropractic care, I can say The Plasker team of father Eric, & son Cori are the best I have experienced during the last two year. Dr Plaske’rs “100 Year Lifestyle”. If you have reservations about chiropractic care (fear not, you are in great hands) no pun intended. Oh, by the way I have had 4 back surgeries. The Plasker’s keep me straight, aligned, healthy and on my way to living my 100 year lifestyle. Ps. This is an unpaid recommendation.
For me it has been life changing I have regained use of my left hand seen a drastic decrease in seizures and a calming effect overall throughout my body seems like it is trying to heal itself and reset.
