Terrible experience, poor work and terrible customer service. A waste of money and energy, and nobody responds. I have to redo almost all the work. Most of the panels are crooked, and the nails have split the wood.How is it possible that Home Depot protects them?

Great experience
Stay away! Beware! We hired Home Depot and their third-party vendor, THDFencing, to upgrade our business's perimeter fence. Because it was Home Depot, we trusted them and complied with their requirement to pay the full cost upfront. First, they asked for a survey, which is standard, and we sent it over. Then, for two months, nothing happened. It was only after we started pressuring them that they began working on our project. Caveat Emptor! Would not recommend them; once contract signed a nightmare and incompetence from A to Z. Holes for posts were not the right depth and width and failed city inspection. Had to be redone and workers had attitude about the delay. Not sure how they received stellar reviews.
