The customer service is amazing and especially ms j she is a amazing help for me and father guiding us through every step
Maintenance is rude and disrespectful and act like they’re doing you a favor when completing your maintenance request. This led me to just hold on to the numerous other maintenance requests that I needed to put in. It is impossible to reach the leasing office because no one ever answers the phone. Horrible experience here.
The property manager, Djeye, was wonderful. She answered all our questions, took her time with us, and made us feel so welcome at Thayer and Spring! The apartment complex was also great, seemed very well-maintained, very clean, and felt like luxury at affordable prices. Thank you, Djeye!
This is the best living experience I've ever had the staff is very professional and the maintenance team is absolutely amazing. The customer service is excellent and the modern decor is beautiful.
