Probably not the right apartment for us, but a beautiful building and our leasing agent, Imani, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. She was easily the best part of our apartment shopping day!
Maintenance is rude and disrespectful and acts like they’re doing you a favor when completing your maintenance request. This led me to just hold on the numerous other maintenance requests that I needed to put in. It is impossible to reach the leasing office because no one ever answers the phone. Horrible experience here.
Well, I scheduled a tour online from the website. I got several emails and text messages confirming my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and checked in with the concierge. I was told to sit and wait. I waited for 25 mins. 10 minutes past my appointment time , the front desk went to the leasing office to check and came back out to tell me their system double booked 3 people so I will have to do a self guided tour. Imani is AMAZING! I was traveling by myself from NY to the DMV to find an apartment and she was so kind, knowledgable, and real. Please, if you have a chance to tour with her do so!
