Warm & cozy in winter! These apartments are nice enough. The balcony is great and I loved having my own washer & dryer in the unit. I felt very safe the 4 years I rented here. Maintenance requests were taken care of right away in a very professional manner. Office staff are a joy to deal with and always treated me respectfully. It was a very good place for me to live.
I have never been a resident but have friends and family that live here. They don't take care of the grounds like they should. The building decor is literally from the 70s and is dirty. The balconies are small and cramped and aren't very useful. The only good thing is that if you're a hiker, it is close to some great trails.
