During a recent oil/ tire rotation, he identified a nail puncture in a new tire on my 2023 Prius. ****, the service manager informed me of the repair. I am so grateful! We called in September to make a service appointment for some minor repairs. On the phone, they gave us the date October 10th. There was no text or email follow-up. When we dropped off on October 10th, they said that we had missed our appointment. There was no phone call or attempt made to contact us between when we made the appointment and when we were told we had missed it. Then we were told we couldn't schedule again for a month and a half. Extremely unprofessional for a dealership service center.
This is an OUTSTANDING dealer. My experience with them could not have gone better. They were honest, knowledgeable, polite and hard working. I can not recommend them more. Buy a car here. You will be happy !!!

After having been a loyal Thayer customer for years (up until this happened), when my dad died and left me his sports car, of course I took it to Thayer for detailing, an oil change, adjusting a rocker panel, and replacing the window motor on the passenger side. The first time I got it back, the rocker panel was not fixed (later they explained why, and that was fine).
