Very impressed with the service! First time there and have been in glasses/contacts for 40 years…Dr. Thayer was able to get my vision corrected to the best it’s ever been!!!!! Was very pleased overall with everything…except there could be more seating! But thats minor compared to being able to see
Made an appointment over a month in advance and when I got there 10 minutes early for my appointment, I was told I didn’t have one made. I told them I did and proved with a confirmed appointment email I received from them. They acknowledged it and said they could try and fit me in for an appointment an hour later. Wasn’t happy, but agreed. 1 hour went by and received no call to confirm if the appointment would work or not.
