Thayer DB designed and remodeled our kitchen, the pantry/laundry room, a bathroom, and our dining room in Corvallis. They did a magnificent job. Thayer staff are very flexible in every aspect of the job. We were able to stretch the design phase out for 6 extra months so we could to the remodel in better weather and get all the details right. We worked with Thayer to remodel our adjoining kitchen/family room. It was an involved project due to resizing the island, removing a pantry, fireplace and a wet bar along with reorienting both rooms. The results were excellent and the team of people that worked with us throughout the process are excellent.

Highly recommend Thayer Design Build. We hired them to refresh our kitchen and were extremely pleased with the results. Their communication was excellent, the craftsmanship of both staff and subcontractors was superb, and they took excellent care of our home. Although our project was small for their firm, we always felt well taken care of.
We were looking for someone to help with a new shower stall and a heated bathroom floor. Jared scoped the project and persuaded us that a full design-build approach was overkill. He then offered a bunch of contacts for folks that could do the work with or without us as general contractors. Super helpful and very rare to have someone “right-size” the project to fit the level of services needed, especially when they wouldn’t be doing the work! Much appreciated!
