ONLY POSTING A STAR BECAUSE IM BEING REQUIRED TO! Took my vehicle in for an oil change in December, left with other issues. Reported issues and was told oh it's an air pocket it will work itself out it's fine. It wasn't! Service failed to bleed the line after changing my thermostat and that caused water sloshing in dash which then lead to a "leaking" radiator. Only to have my radiator go out and now no one at Thayer will admit fault despite being told by service manager that the sloshing did lead to the failed radiator. But ... read more
