We rented 2 large units for almost 5 months and had no issues. Tonya was very responsive any time I reached out to her. The facility is very secure with keypad locks at the gate and door, and you get your own personal padlock to keep for the unit. The temperature was comfortable any time we were there from winter to summer. Both our units were on the 2nd floor, but we never had an issue with the elevator other than the door tended to shut a little quickly (but you just had to put your hand out to stop it). Would be 5 but the bathroom is always dirty :c & I really wish it was 24/7, I dont see why it's not with the coded gate to even enter the property & another code to get into the building Climate controlled, they have several dollies for you to use, ice melt at the doors, secure gate access, boat & rv storage if you need it, reasonable prices with good deals, & when you first get the unit they leave a paper with lock drop off info & a BRAND NEW lock&key Love love love
