The Ooltewah location is the new go to for me and my husband. It's so yummy and you get alot for your money. We enjoyed all the food we ordered but the potato salad it was bland but them backed beans hit the spot

Everything we had was delicious. We really liked Dillon, and he even came out and took our picture for us.
Our server was absolutely a delight. Incredibly nice and polite! The portions were HUGE and tasted just amazing. We're out-of-towners and will definitely come back when we're in the area again.

we love eating at thatcher's but the last few times they have given us someone else's order or something we ordered didnt make it in our to go bag
