RecommendedIf you want seriously good BBQ then run, don't walk! Growing up in TX I know the best smoked BBQ. This is hands down the best I've had since I left TX 10 years ago . The smoke flavor, how moist the meat is, and the seasoning is amazing! Oh and ask for Taylor, she's great!

When I moved back to Trenton from Texas 3 years ago I thought I was just gonna have to give up good barbecue. Some one told me about thatchers. I said I would give it a try. I have to say it is some of the best I've had. I loved the brisket so much that and the fried jalapeños are all I ate from there for awhile. Anything I have ordered has been amazing. When we order it for lunch we can have from 4 to 10 orders and they always have it right and separated. The staff is amazing.
