After months of researching hot tubs, we just happened to poke our heads in Thatcher's north store and walked out with a hot tub. Corey walked us through some models and answered a few questions, I didn't notice they had a sale on all the models. The price was excellent, package was excellent, the delivery guys were excellent and the final set up was outstanding. Corey walked me through the hot tub start-up and settings, the first on buying a hot tub from other companies. Highly recommend Thatcher's pool and spa.
Corey was very helpful when we bought our hot tub, but didn't pressure us at all. After the purchase he helped us get the hot tub installed, and then helped us get the chemicals started. Much appreciated!
