We purchased our first hot tub from Thatcher Pool & Spa. Corey made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He was very patient and knowledgeable and took the time to help us understand how to set up and properly care for our spa. We really appreciated his guidance and would definitely recommend Thatcher to anyone shopping for a spa.
Poor communication. We gave them many opportunities and gave them the benefit of the doubt for weeks but eventually I just gave up and will be trying to find a new company to work with.
