Thatcher Mechanical is an absolute gem within this community. We were given a recommendation from a colleague who spoke very highly of them, and the hype lived up to the services we received. The office staff, Sarah, was extremely polite and communicative. Our technician, Kyle, was very timely and informative. He helped guide us through an issue we were having with our AC unit, saved us so much money, and didn’t pressure us into replacing the unit. Would highly recommend their services. My air went out and Tod came out to give me a quote on a new air conditioner which he did. Then he said it was probably just this one part and fixed it instead, which was very reasonable. Very honest guy.
Couldn’t have asked for better communication and service. Had a Boiler go out 1 night, Todd was there first thing the next morning and had it diagnosed in 5 minutes. Had parts ordered that same day, and installed the next.
Stay away fron Thatcher Mechanical!!! This used to be a good business when Rob owned it, but the new owners are crooks! I had a $2500 ac compressor installed, leaked out next summer, they recharged, same thing again then when it died they wouldn't honor it and said I need to buy a new system. No integrity at all, they will steal your money - don't trust them!!!!!
