When we first reached out to the firm, paralegal Claire quickly scheduled a consultation. After the initial consultation with attorney Vijay, but before formally retaining them, they were flexible and available which allowed us to consulted with them again. Try to charge me $600 an hour for nothing not even a 5-minute conversation! Never signed a retainer provided my card and they accused me of credit card fraud! Avoid!
