Had a tooth extraction done by Dr Thatcher today. Had local only and the dr made sure i was numbed up before pulling the tooth which took abt 10 min from start to finish. It was one of the easiest ive had done. The staff was very nice and professional. I would not hesitate to go there again.

My son is 27, and autistic. Entire family nervous about this procedure. He's never been sick, never had an IV, never been around a surgery room. I spoke with office and asked to include details in his file about his sensory and disability. The entire staff and Dr. Thatcher were awesome! Front loaded my son on everything and took their time. Let my husbnd go back with my son to get his IV, until procedure started. Very, very positive experience. Very emphatic, respectful, and professional to my son. Horrible customer service and forget about them being knowledgeable regarding insurance. I should have read the reviews before going here. The procedure its self was great but the headache that followed, was not. The threats they made about collections when they were in the wrong and not even having the humility to apologize, speaks a lot.

People are friendly and very informative. Not extremely high priced like some other oral surgeons. Pretty much the middle of the road cost. They are extremely good at what they do.
