I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was incredibly nervous to have my wisdom teeth extracted, but everyone in the office was so kind, friendly, and informative and really made it their mission to make me feel at ease. Everything was explained to me before it happened and I could tell my comfort and peace of mind was important to them. Their compassion really went a long way to making me feel comfortable. Dr. Thatcher is a Great Doctor, extremely intelligent and focused on satisfying his clients needs safely and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Front desk staff incredibly rude and not helpful. We spoke with a representative when booking to verify they are in network and filled out patient information ahead of time only to arrive to be told that wasn’t true. She was also confrontational about us not bringing the referral slip hard copy when on the phone the electronic copy was fine. She rolled her eyes and chuckled when we expressed our frustration. This was an emergency extraction. This is a huge inconvenience. A little compassion would have gone a long way.
