Asked Boudreau if we could talk about alternatives to anesthesia as I was incredibly, incredibly nervous about my first time going under given my chronic conditions I had just been diagnosed with. I barely got the question out of my mouth before he began an attitude with me and shut me down. I think our whole consultation lasted 8 minutes. The front desk staff is deplorable! Ive never been treated so poorly in my life. They do not break down the bill for you, they only give you an amount that you owe. Nobody communicates what is going on. This might be what they do everyday; however, surgery is not something I do everyday. There is absolutely no compassion from the staff. I expressed my feelings and they told me I could cancel the surgery but I had already paid. I felt like I was put into a corner and could not afford being out more money. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and I am very satisfied with all aspects of the experience. Dr. Boudreau did an outstanding job and I found all of the staff to be professional and courteous from Lorraine the receptionist to the dental assistants. I highly recommend this dental office.
