The quality of the Thatch product combined with the extraordinary customer service make Thatch a brand I will return to time and again!
Bought the fortuna fish charm and the clasp came undone after wearing it just a couple times. The workmanship is poor which is why the clasp opened. The charm fell to the ground and the fish broke in half. For the cost of this jewelry I would rather go elsewhere. I won’t buy again.
Absolutely LOVE this site and their beautiful designs. I just purchased the Maline lapis clip pendant. I'm a lapis fanatic and was highly impressed for the price. The pendant was beautiful set and is absolutely lovely. Jodie, in their Customer Service department, is top notch. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Will be back to purchase more items soon. I now have my eye on some black onyx pieces!
