This is an excellent company. Not only is the jewelry cute but their customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced. I emailed customer service about replating a necklace that had tarnished and they were quick in responding and getting the necklace to me in time for a trip I was taking. I love their jewelry but when I first bought the necklace the closure broke the first time went to put it on. They replaced it for me but I have had my gold necklace less than a year and it’s completely brown and green now and I had to order a new chain from a different seller for the charm.
I had an issue with something and they were very personable and resolved it ASAP. In a world of lame customer service, it was super refreshing to work with such an amazing company!
I adore Thatch! I’ve ordered 5 pieces from them and they are delivered speedily and with care.
