Terrible communication and customer service. I approved the quote and received a scheduled date for window cleaning via email. On the day of service, I was told I had never confirmed—despite having clear email proof that I had. Amazing service! Windows are sparkling and screens are clean and look like new. Everyrhing washed with purified water...no chemicals used. Owner was helpful and kind and went above and beyond in our opinion. Highly recommend this service.
