HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – My company purchased 10 books from her store. Not only did she charge our credit card but it has been over 4 months and we never received the books! I spoke to her and requested a refund, and she assured me the refund would be credited within 24 hours- ONE MONTH LATER she still has not returned the money and now she will not answer the phone. These are horrible business practices and a very poor example of a woman owned business. I wouldnt recommend her store to my worst enemy
