The installation was very unprofessional and not instslled properly. We had to pay another company to get it up and running. When we have an outage the battery doesn't kick on. Would never recommend this company.

We have had them for a couple years. In the 2nd yr we stopped making power but called and they got it working right away. This yr since july we have made no power and every number to call them or email goes unanswered. We have started with an attorney to stop making payments since they don't want to communicate any more.

Awful experience. Had them look at my system for a diagnosis. I was told it was a 150 diagnosis fee by two different people at the company. After the appointment I was told it was 300 for the visit with a travel fee and the diagnosis fee. Not transparent with pricing and would not explain or provide explanation only blamed me for not understanding.

Bought a complete system for a total electric home in September of24 it was installed. I almost immediately had a bad panel they responded fairly quickly to replace it. Then in February another panel quit working I didn’t realize it until April called them and requested a service person on May 27 he comes to fix the issue looks at it and tried to fix it and then says he needs to requisition a new panel. Stopped by That Solar Company LLC hoping to resolve an issue, but was asked to leave the office. Their customer service is nonexistent. It’s a shame to see a local business, which employs local people, operate this poorly. I can’t recommend them.
