Bought a complete system for a total electric home in September of24 it was installed. I almost immediately had a bad panel they responded fairly quickly to replace it. Then in February another panel quit working I didn’t realize it until April called them and requested a service person on May 27 he comes to fix the issue looks at it and tried to fix it and then says he needs to requisition a new panel. Stopped by That Solar Company LLC hoping to resolve an issue, but was asked to leave the office. Their customer service is nonexistent. It’s a shame to see a local business, which employs local people, operate this poorly. I can’t recommend them.
This photo is a lie! Screen shot of the words of the owner! You will not get energy independence. They was suppose to check out the electric company before selling Solar to customers. That is what great companies do. It's Fraudulent! I was promised what this owner wrote! Energy independence. Bare minimum electric bill. But nope, I have the same amount electric bill! If you want a company that lies, Here you go.
If anything, you could always look up BBB website and turn in this company for fraud. Write them your concern and if enough people turn them in for there miss communication then they can lose there bbb ratings all together. BBB is the Better Business Bureau. These companies don't think we are serious. The only way this company can make this right us take the solar back and take the loan away. It's simply a waste. It done nothing.
Well first off, I will say this. I was promised low to no electricity bill while using the solar panels but my electricity bill is the same regardless. They don't explain much of anything to be honest. I would not recommend this company for anything. I never give one stars to anyone. But this company, I have no choice. They can probably never make it right to gain a 5 star. I'm sure they will give great excuses but I know what I was told.
