Rachel did a phenomenal job giving me a big chop. I came in with a very loose idea of what I wanted and she helped me execute something better than I had envisioned. It was a great experience with a very exciting result that I loved.
Was with my sister while she was getting her hair done, found the environment very relaxed but they get what you want done, done! So don’t misunderstand what that might imply. Go have a conversation with the girls there see how it fits your vibe.
Called multiple times, nobody ever answered the phone. The female on the voicemail said to text her because that would be the easiest way to get in touch with her, no response to texts and voicemail is full. I see 4.9 stars, but for professionalism with answering your phone or returning texts, they get a one and that’s being generous!
