I spent almost 8 years in that apartment. They were great. Anytime I needed help, they took care of things in a timely fashion.
They were lovely when I moved in made sure everything was seamless and were so nice. Upon move out was a completely different story. I got charged for screens that were damaged due to a hails storm, cleaning fee when I got the whole place professionally cleaned and have pictures of it being clean, I moved out of the state and there was an issue with getting the keys turned in so I got charged for that as well as a utility re connection fee for it not being on for 5 days AFTER the keys were turned in when per the lease it’s 5... read more
