Justin is AMAZING!!!! Our pool was DISGUSTING because it had been left untouched for a couple of months. During that time, we also had a couple heat waves which helped to foster the algae and make it bloom. It was literally brown/green by the time Justin took a look at it. That Pool Guy are terrific! They take excellent care of our pool. I love that they are available to help whenever needed. The guys are thorough and respectful when they come to do our weekly cleaning. One of the reasons we have stayed with them since they opened is that they are honest -- they don't look for problems. When there is an issue that needs to be taken care of, they give us a fair estimate and they do the repair. I highly recommend the That Pool Guy!
I recommend this pool service 100%. Justin got my pool from green water to clean and sparkling water! He also fixed all of the issues that we were having with the filter, the pump and with leaking pipes. He's the best pool guy I have ever contracted with.
Justin and his crew are total professionals. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. They communicate well and lets you know in advance of upcoming issues or problems with your pool.
