John and Rhonda went above and beyond to truly ensure everything was taken care of and inspected throughly. They also took the time to call and explain all things to me that I had questions on. 10/10 would and will recommend. Worth every dollar paid and then some.

John & Ronda did a fabulous job for me. From initially looking at their website, inquiry, initial response, scheduling, communication, professionalism, inviting me to attend the inspection, conducting the inspection, producing the report in a timely manner, and then a personal follow up to ensure I fully understood the findings etc. I couldn’t have asked for an ounce more. If you are contemplating their services, just do it. I’d give them 6 stars if it was possible!!
