I placed a special order for 2 dozen cupcakes. I stated 11:30am the following day as a pickup time. My husband arrived at 12:15pm. The employees had sold my special order cupcakes to another customer a few moments before. My husband (who had left work to quickly pick up my cupcakes) had to wait for them to remake my order.
