The staff was very helpful when my son and daughter in-law made the order and later measuring for the suits for all groomsmen. But when the suits arrived, only four days before the wedding, 2 of the bow ties did not match, 3 suit coats didn’t match and some were missing cuff links. So the groom himself wore a tie and all groomsmen went without the bow ties. I feel that they did not give enough attention to the details for my son and his bride’s order.
