I went in for a Russian manicure and found the service was overpriced, with an unexpected $30 charge just for removal. Unfortunately, the nails chipped within two days of getting them done, and management was slow to respond when I reached out. Management never responded, and I had to get them redone at another salon.
I always have the best experience at this nail salon! I usually get Gel-X and a pedicure, and they do an amazing job every single time. The customer service is top-tier.
