The best experience ever! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest environment. Everything was brand new and spotless. They even had individual snacks next to each chair, a super comfortable hand rest, and a perfect little pad to hold your phone—such thoughtful details! The Russian manicure I got was an absolute 10/10—honestly, 100/10. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience here. The employees were very nice and helpful. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a long time and was new to Russian manicures and gel extensions, but they answered all my questions and helped me decide what I wanted. My nail tech did a great job. I have a hook nail that sometimes makes it hard to get my nails done, but I think it looked great and almost unnoticeable.
This place is absolutely awful and very unprofessional. I made an appointment on their website in June and went to the salon just to find out they moved locations and the salon wasn’t even ready yet. They also advertised a groupon at this time which I foolishly bought just to find out they were not opening their new store before my groupon expired. I had a really nice experience here — the staff were welcoming and attentive, and I was offered wine and snacks during my appointment which made it feel relaxing and enjoyable. The salon itself has a cozy vibe and great customer service
