the use of generative AI on their instagram page is extremely unprofessional considering they have artists working for them. the salon looks nothing like it is advertised in their instagram page due to her ai usage. there is also practically no work from the other technicians. i have only seen genesis’s work and that is a horrendous look for this salon. stop using AI and support your technicians.
canceled my appointment last minute (less than 4 hours before) didn’t reach out to reschedule. they did this twice. finally was able to actually get a manicure. they were surprised i was there, even though i made an appointment. the nail tech who actually did my nails was very kind, but someone who i can only imagine is the owner or manager referenced this review (which originally only had the top two sentences) and TOLD me to take it down. I just had an amazing Russian pedicure with Esvira! She took her time and made the entire experience so relaxing. The service was wonderful, and I loved the thoughtful refreshments. I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m visiting Chicago! Highly recommend!
