One of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences I ever had. We were planning a corporate event and hired That Brown Girl Cooks for the catering. As usual, we signed a contract and made a deposit payment. Two weeks before the event, they (a woman named Jasmine) informed us they never received the deposit, even though we got an automatic payment confirmation from them and additionally sent them the proof of payment from our financial institution. My catering order was just abruptly canceled via email 10 days prior to my event despite months of planning. There was no offer to help me find another provider, no phone call, no back-up plan by the company to fulfill their agreement. Incredibly unprofessional with poor customer service. I cannot recommend you rely on them for your event.

Thank you to Torey and Trey and the whole team at TBGC! We were so lucky to have them cater our wedding reception. The food was amazing and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Two guests went to Communion for brunch the next day to keep the partying going. This is THE business to cater your next event. Can’t thank them enough.
