I called and left a message with this tree service. 2 days later, he called me back and said he would be by that afternoon to give me an estimate on cutting down 2 trees and removing 3 stumps. It was getting close to dark and he hadn’t shown up yet, so I called back and left a message to see what was going on. He never got back with me. I took time out of my day to be here and had to cancel other plans for this guy to never show up. Very disappointing and unprofessional company!!!! Shawn and his team did a fabulous job trimming our large oak trees that were overhanging our house! He even cut up the remaining pieces for us to use as firewood. � Thanks Shawn for great work at a great price!
Excellent is all I can say. I am a repeat customer for good reason. Shawn and his crew go above and beyond. They are customer focused and do what it takes in a timely and efficient manner. They have exceeded expectations and for that I have referred him to several friends who have had similar experiences.
