I chose That1 because of all of the 5 star reviews originally - but someone else beat Troy out on price. He offered to lower the price slightly (still higher than the other quote) for a good review on Google. Given all of the stellar reviews, I mistakenly thought I would be safe… Started out great, but then the job lasted over a month instead of 1.5 weeks, they severely scratched up brand new floors that had just been installed, and there was unremovable paint in the main bathroom sink so we had to replace it. Had Jacob out for an estimate on painting my livingroom. He was very patient and showing me all my options and never used any crazy sales tactics like so many companies do.he understood when I told him I needed to put the project off until spring.
