**** Updating my review to 1 star. After moving into our home, we discovered that more than half the home was painted in the wrong paint finish. Eggshell was chosen for the walls and flat for the ceilings, but painters used flat all over walls and some rooms completely done in flat because they ran out of eggshell. You can see where touch ups were done with the opposite finish and when light hits it, it’s very noticeable. I had high hopes when I hired this company to handle the interior painting of our home, but the experience was a complete nightmare. What was promised to be a one-week project dragged on for three weeks and required two different paint crews to complete. The first crew appeared completely unqualified—no taping of baseboards or edges, resulting in paint splattered on areas that should’ve been protected. We needed the exterior of our house painted and after shopping around ended up at Sherwin Williams on Pat Booker to look at paint colors. We asked for painter suggestions and was referred to That 1 Painter. We called for an estimate on February 11th and on the 12th David Gonzalez arrived on time to give us an estimate. Great experience getting our house painted. Our house really needed a painting, on a Sunday, I filled out the quote request on their website. Within an hour, David Gonzalez had called me and scheduled an appointment. He was prompt for our appointment, answered all my questions, gave me a quote and we scheduled his crew to begin work later that week. That One Painter crew did a fantastic job painting my living area, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and entry way. I am 150% pleased! They had an interior designer help me choose the right colors, and that was extremely helpful!! They also stained my backyard fence last year and I’m still getting compliments on it! I recommend That One Painter, Boerne office, 150%! Pricing is extremely reasonable!! The picture is just a small portion of the area they painted!
