Update: Paid $11k and was told it would be done professionally and in a timely manner. This was not the case. Was charged and paid the $11k, and I am now back at square one. The work was not done/installed properly, the 3 year "warranty" is non existent, everybody is have spoke to says, call this number for corporate. I didn't realize there were 7 different phone numbers for the corporate office that all go straight to the same voicemail box. No phone calls have been returned in over a week. OUT OF BUSINESS - PERMANENTLY CLOSED - I was sad to hear that Rick has gone out of business now.
I do not recommend using any "That 1 Painter" franchise. They do not honor their warranty which is supposed to be 3 years. Rick Norton asked for more money and then when he came back to redo the job he again did not use enough paint/finish and then it faded. I called to have him come back to apply another coat and all of sudden he's no where to be found. Rick refuses to return my calls. They have my money and now I am being told Rick is no longer with the franchise anymore. You run the risk of these guys abruptly quiting and... read more
From the first time Kyle showed up for a quote until his final walkthrough everything went smoothly. What I thought would take a week his team knocked out in 3 days. Completely satisfied with the job. And they even hung the knobs and pulls on our kitchen cabinets for free. Definitely a bonus there!!!
