Had That1Painter come out to quote several projects in our home (limewashing a brick fireplace, sanding and staining a ceiling beam, repainting ceiling, walls, trim, and wallpaper in the entry). The initial quote was $7,511, then reduced by $1,000 after manager involvement. Husband hired them to paint the interior because they had the cheapest quote. Biggest mistake ever. They didn't even bother to remove any fixtures/wall plates/inserts, etc. Just painted around/over them. Lots of patches everywhere, caulking looked like it was done by a first-timer. We are still hiring other painters to fix their work, which has made this paint job more expensive than the most expensive quote we got upfront.
