I had old, cracked, and eroding caulking around my exterior windows. There was water damage beginning to happen inside the house. These guys were fast, professional, and delivered amazing quality of work. While they were here they made sure to color match everything, and I even had them paint and protect my steel lintels that were starting to rust out. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for some outside repairing/painting and caulking. Ramiro Cantu Jr came out, inspected the windows and exterior, and said he would send a quote after taking photos. He left and then never contacted me again. No estimate, no follow-up, no communication. If this is how they handle potential customers, I wouldn’t trust them with an actual project. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Ian was very thorough with the prep work, not just as in cleaning and sanding the surface that was to be painted, but also protecting furniture and other areas that were not being painted. He communicated daily with photographs and completed the job ahead of time.
