We experienced very poor service when we moved into our new apartment, which was not cleaned. We had to involve our agent to get it cleaned, and the experience was terrible. Additionally, the apartment has multiple issues, including clogged drains, no hot water, and mold in the HVAC system. Instead of addressing these problems, Tharsini accused us of causing the clogging, which was clearly due to previous tenants.
