Had a VA referral to come to this hospital, who sent my information for billing. Appointment rep made the appointment saying they had my billing info. Went to my appointment and declined me saying they didn’t have my billing info. Don’t bother with this clinic if you’re working with the VA. The lady at the front desk was incompetent as well.
