Left these apartments last month, went through the whole laundry list of cleaning etc before leaving. For the past few weeks received no communication as to owing any more money for anything and receive a letter from a debt collector. All you had to do was call me and tell me about what I owed you and give an explanation. I live/work 10 minutes down the road and I'm not hard to talk to. Very poor way to treat someone who paid rent in full every month even if I was a day late with it once or twice.
