I have recently found Thao's and will not be going to a different nail salon! They are all absolutely amazing! They take their time with you and produce beautiful results! Everyone is always very sweet and welcoming! I promise you will not be disappointed if you go to them!

I've come here a number of times, but wouldn't call myself a regular. I come to relax and enjoy the time spent to decompress, I know they'll take their time with the service and the quality has been great. I love the online booking option, but after my most recent visit, I've learned it's not up to date for day-of availability. You can get an appt, but it won't be with the requested technician. I was serviced for a pedicure at Thao's Organic Nail & Spa. I choose the $55 package and paid cash. Their policy for cash payments reduces the amount by 10% (less $5.50). $55-$5.50 = $49.50. I did not receive the discount and overpaid. Make sure you receive an receipt when patronizing this business.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and this was my first time going to this salon. Came for a birthday mani/pedi relaxation and pampering at an “organic” nail salon. I was scheduled early morning with Tracy and sadly my experience was far from relaxing nor did I feel pampered. She was a little too rough and seemed to be in s rush although she didn’t have another client to tend to. Had to tell her multiple times she was hurting me and she came off as annoyed when I would kindly point out something she missed!
