Thao is amazing. She is thorough, caring, and goes beyond what an NP is supposed to do for a client.
I'll start with the good things. Thao is a very nice lady and does care about her patients. On the other hand, if she runs out of suggestions when it comes to a patient's meds she can drop you like a led bomb. She wasn't able to help me when I needed her most. I tried contacting her as well as my therapist. She did not return any of our calls. It was coming to a point that I had to stretch my meds until I found another provider.
