Dr. Lien is very kind and compassionate. She goes out of her way to explain things to you. She was also very thorough. Great experience. Finally found my forever eye doctor.
Stay far away from this office. The receptionist is incompetent, they don't return messages, and the receptionist didn't know how to operate the machines she was supposed to use to prepare me for my eye exam. While testing my eyes, the machine kept fogging up. Dr. Lien gave me the incorrect receipts for my contact lens rebate and I had to call her office several times and submit paperwork to get my rebate 3 times. All the paperwork and receipts had the incorrect address, even my prescription.
