This was my first time at Thanx Hair Artistry, and it was a great experience . Everyone was so welcoming and kind, from the receptionist to the owner Diane. And Molly was amazing. She sat down and talked to me and asked my opinion about what I thought about my hair, what problems I have, how I want it cut, and we looked at many photos so she knew what I was expecting. She was a delight to talk to and made sure I was completely satisfied. I recommend her to anyone who wants a great cut and a wonderful hair salon.
I saw Diane in August of 2025 to seek out a wig due to hair loss from chemo. Diane was able to address my needs, likes/dislikes and concerns with professional care and in a way that was neither awkward or rehearsed. She made me feel like it was the most normal thing in the world, when to me it was certainly very unusual and all new. When I had the final fitting, she made sure to provide me with all the necessities for cleaning the piece and tips for donning and storing.
