I've used Thank You Handyman several times for jobs at my rental property and am very pleased with the service each time. Bruce is prompt on both email and returning phone calls and his prices are very competitive. He takes the time to explain exactly what will be done so there are no questions. I hired Bruce to install closet shelving systems in 2 closets in my home. Before I ordered the systems, Bruce took the time to call customer service to be sure that the installation would be possible in the spaces we were working with. I really appreciated this. I just used Bruce from Thank You Handyman a couple of weeks ago as we wanted to make our townhouse look good for the renters we found. http://www.thank-you-h... I chose him to come for a quote based on his good Yellow Pages reviews and he also has an A+ rating on Angie's List. I needed a door frame replaced that my cat had clawed up when he wanted food, and the walls in between our townhouses are concrete so he pulled out the heavy duty nails, plastered and painted them all over and it looks great! I found Thank you handyman's pricing to be more than reasonable. They did a great job on the small jobs that I requested to have done. I was concerned about using this company because I live in California and my rental property is in Boston and I didn't have a chance to meet them in person while interviewing.
