Worked well and fast and I liked the results but it could’ve included less cracks/be blended in more. I messaged our sales associates about this issue but it was ignored so I had to wait until the next time I saw him working at my house. He easily covered it up with caulk so that was good, but there was still a few more areas that needed to be covered but since they were done with my house I never got a response back. I would absolutely recommend Thanh Flooring if you have hardwood floors that need refinishing! They sanded 4 rooms, repaired the floor where a wall had been, and replaced damaged planks, and it looks perfect. They showed up when they said they would. They kept me informed while they were in my home, sending photos and updates as they worked. They quoted a price and stuck to it ( I did see one review that stated otherwise). Don and his team did a great job on my new white oak hard wood floors. They were very professional, excellent service and competitive pricing. I considered using a big box retailer, but I’m glad that I didn’t. I’m so happy with my floors, the hard woods made such a difference from before especially with the high quality finish that they used.
