My experience at this store was extremely uncomfortable and left me feeling targeted. My friend, who is a person of color, and I went in to look at jade bracelets. Before we entered, the doors were open. Once we went inside, the doors were closed and locked while we were browsing. Later, the doors were opened again and left open. Came to replace my bracelet clasp. The lady only informed me there was 10% added tax on top of the agreed amount when I decided to pay with credit card. I usually don’t bring cash with me so I had no choice but paying that extra 10%. She did offer me to go withdraw money so I could pay with cash but that doesn’t change the fact that pricing should have been more transparent at the beginning. Bad service. The store staff's attitude was completely different from that of people in America.They said you need to pay only cash ...Any debit nooooo., Omg ....is it Gold

Thanks Thanh Tin Jewelry in San Jose for my beautiful Jade bracelet! Highly recommend this store for good customer services, quality jewelry! The owner and all employees are nice & knowledgeable. All the ladies are beautiful. We have a hard time to put this tiny jade bracelet on me. Very glad I finally find the one has my favorite color, style and fit my small wrist with a good price
