The owner is very hard to work with. When we first came in to ask her about rental rates and to get ideas on what to rent etc. As much as i understand she been doing 'millions' of weddings or whatever, she really have to stop telling the customer what they should or shouldn't' rent. Its our wedding and money, wth. I would be pointing out something i want she would say NO this, and You SHOULD do this or rent these. What the heck?
