Take it from someone who's been eating homemade Pho on a monthly basis and whose mom makes a killer Pho, this is one of the best Pho restaurants I've ever been to. Once I took a first sip of the Pho's broth boy was it worth the drive. You can tell right away that this is a non-MSG broth that was made the traditional way, clear and savory broth that can't be created with the use of MSG.
